Our deliveries reach customers all over the world.

Order Processing

• We prepare and dispatch orders in 1–3 business days, not counting weekends and holidays.
• Made-to-order or customized pieces can require additional time, which is indicated during checkout.

Shipping Times & Costs

• The shipping fee appears at checkout and depends on the package weight, the destination, and the carrier chosen.
• Expected arrival windows:
  • Within the US: 3–7 business days.
  • Outside the US: 10–30 business days, with customs clearance sometimes adding delays.
• Orders above $50 can qualify for free shipping in certain regions — eligibility is displayed at checkout.

Tracking

• As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we email you the tracking number.
• Nothing in your inbox? Take a look in the spam folder.

Important Notes

• All delivery windows are approximations — carriers, weather conditions, customs, or busy shopping seasons can push them back.
• Once a delivery is confirmed, we cannot be held responsible for a missing parcel, nor for the duties and taxes charged on international shipments.
• Should your package arrive damaged or go missing on the way, send us your tracking number and we'll help you file a claim.
